Sales are professional and helpful, but the service department on the other hand good customer service is lacking the wait time regardless of what is being done on the weekends is 3.5 to 4 hours long as of they overbooked. They do not clearly communicate any issues, options and pricing. Everytime i go there i leave dissatisfied with my experience comparison to other dealerships.
They Rob their customers without a gun. We paid extra for the VIP services and we only get an oil change. They don't explain anything to you about your services, what you need or anything. Ford had sent out notice concerning the transmission, asked to have it checked and after 2 hours of waiting for oil change, sellsman says they couldn't do it, have to bring back other day, tech that does that wasn't there. These companies are in business to make money and I get that, but at least be honest. sand let people know exactly what they are paying for.
Poor customer service. Went there for service on a 2008 mariner. They're more interested in selling you a new car than providing a simple oil change. Didn't get my system reset, didn't bother to check tire pressure even with the indicator on, didn't even place a next oil change sticker on the windshield or get my paperwork w vehicle stats. But they did offer to give me $ for my car towards a new vehicle, not once, not twice.... but three diff occasions. Don't go there!
Over promise. Under Deliver. Bought a truck a week ago and still don't have it. Just wrote an entire explanation but Google says the review is too long. Long story short... believe NOTHING they say.
Very dishonest service department! They fix one problem in order to create another problem that will cost you more money. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t have your vehicles serviced here. Took my Ford Expedition in to fix the transmission and the next day it would not start. Had to raise hell to get them to pay for the tow truck. The service manager even admitted the service technician had issues starting the vehicle but made no effort to find the underlying issue. When I asked who his boss was he lied and said he didn’t have a boss.
