Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11pm. My car didn't get taken until 2. Waited at this place for about 45min for a 25min process
If you are getting your car serviced, DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I was waiting over 9-hours and checked in at 8:15am! Love giving my service to my young brothers and sisters in leadership roles, but apparently the staff at this location lacks adequate supervision and initiative. Anytime you ask how long is the wait or how much longer will it be before your vehicle is ready, the reply is always 2-1/2 to 3-hours! Initially the manager said they had the parts to service my vehicle, but later he shared with me he had to go and pick up a part from another center. After watching staff, which appeared to be talking to their buddies or friends, I went to the service area to ask my my technician how much longer, he said the manager had to go to WALDORF to get another part for my car!!!! He's still not back with the part and in another 10-minutes it will make 10-hours that I've been waiting. All other errands I had to do today were cancelled! THIS MAKES NO DAMN SENSE!!!!!
I went in for routine maintenance and Kelly took great care of me. He brought me my cabin air filter and said it needed replacing. I liked that he showed me rather than just telling me.
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. They are lazy, rude, unprofessional, disorganized, and clueless. Half the time the crew is telling you different stories to justify their incompetence. They've had my car for almost 2 weeks for something so small then tell me that the part came in but the person assigned to my car is off so they're not going to fix it although they've had my car too long. This was after calling me saying my car was ready & have me take a Lyft across town & they had the wrong person. I will never bring my car here again.
They FINALLY have free wi-fi for customers! That was the one thing I was missing when I had service the last time.
I recommend Kelly and his team without reservation.
Been sitting here for over 6hrs waiting on a tune up. Customer service TERRIBLE. There was only 1 worker until about 3pm then a couple more showed up n they all keep taking cigarette breaks as if they OWN the place. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE EVER AGAIN. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. It's now 5:33 n a another customer has been sitting here waiting on an oil change since 9:30. Smh I'M contacting the BBB IMMEDIATELY.
