I revived very extremely bad customer service. I had to deal with disrespectful sales associate. I wanted to but a bracelet and because it didn't have the price tag they just put it back with out telling me. When I got home I noticed it wasn't in my bag. I checked my receipt and the bracelet were not on the list. When I got back to the store everyone had a different story to tell me. A sales associate told me that the cashier who rung me up put the bracelets back because there was no bar code to scan. I was not told that they put anything back for any reason. When I asked why the bracelets were put back he told me he didn't see it. Many of the other sales associate that were around were laughing and rolling there eyes it was a really experience.
I had a return in women's shoes- the lady was so nice & professional, it made my shopping experience GREAT.
I buy usualy on that store. This time they did have many discounts.the atention is not bad.depent of the associated that help you. Sometime staff is racism.probably because you dont see much people from another culture buying there.
Jalen was extremely courteous, very pleasant and most helpful during my visit to the Marlo Heights store to pick up items ordered online. He displayed patience with a frustrated customer who learned that their selected items were not on sale. I observed him rechecking the price to confirm it not being on sale. Having worked for Macy's in the past, I would definitely give him an A plus and look forward to shopping there again. Sincerely, Carol F.
